Milt Frye Habitat Restoration

The Norwich Conservation Commission’s habitat restoration project’s work day at the field at the Milt Frye Nature Area next to the Marion Cross School is Sunday, July 18th led by Lynnwood Andrews.The forecast if iffy for rain all weekend, but we will work even if there is light rain.
Lynnwood Andrews will be there from 2-4PM. Come any time and for as long or short as you like. The work is most suitable for adults and children 9 years and up. No unaccompanied children, please.
Bring your own trowel or soil knife, gloves and loppers if you have them.
We will be working in the field along the edge of the woods. Park in the lot across from the basketball court at the back of the Marion Cross School. Walk straight out to the field and look up the hill to your left. You should find us working at the top of the field.
